Menu Must Have: For that true Basque flavour, you must have the Ibaïama pork balls served in a tomato sauce and topped with a quail egg. Make sure to move from the dining room to the bar to sample Henrietta’s outstanding cocktail menu. The Sleeping Princess is aptly named and a delicious way to end an evening.
